1. Set up a Domain of Privacy Root System where nodes of authenticated entities( users, cloud systems, etc.) store, control, and operate upon a standardized and self describing privacy data that is decentralized.
2. The self-describing data dependencies would be wrapped in a recursive data structure, such as SOAP, which flows across the nodes in the network.
3. As the data arrives at each node in the network, the respective dependent data that needs to be operated on by the node would have a reference to it's
decentralized repository.
4. The self-describing data of the dependency and the operating node would have a reference to the referenced repository.
5. The referenced repository would receive the data where upon it would use the operating nodes reference to its own repository and a determination would be made as to if sharing agreements are established between the entities.
6. If sharing agreements exist, the operating repository would return to the operating node a data structure that has the allowed and shared encrypted data filled in.
